I went from a house of nine in South Auckland, New Zealand to living independently in Sacheon city, South Korea.

I went from a radio journalist/news reader to a guest English teacher at two elementary schools.

I went from eating lu sipi, fish ‘n’ chips and drinking ‘otai to having kimchi, rice and soju on the regular.

And the crazy thing about it all… I’m not the only one that has a story like this.


Using my journalistic skills that have been collecting spider webs during my time teaching,Β I’ll be using this platform to share the stories of expats in South Korea in hope to inspire YOU to create your own.
